Happy 6 Months Our Sweetie!!

Unfortunatly Aubrey is sick in bed with a 101.1 fever. She is under the weather but still managed to get in some adorable pictures this morning before the sickenss hit. I think she just has a virus but we will see tommorow when she goes for her 6 month checkup. We wont be getting shots though since she is sick!

Curly Toes??

Our little girl has curled her toes for some time now. Anytime she is relaxed, sitting, laying, etc. her toes are curled. It is the oddest thing:)) When we try to do it it hurts us. I have to say my mom and I both curl our toes into the floor when we are sitting down. Maybe she gets it from us? Anyway---it is simply adorable to me!!

First Swim Lesson!!

Today I took Aubrey to her first swim class. It was a mommy & me infant swim class at the Canton Summit. She did great and was sooo curious!! She is definitly a people watcher just like me! She seems to love the water and didnt cry a bit. It was so fun doing something special with her like this. I loved the newborn days but boy---nothing beats the time I can spend with her now. Happy Summer!!

I am posting this as Aubrey is napping. I promised that I would blog once a week and I am trying to stick to that promise. I intend for this to serve as a memory book of her life as well as a fun informative site for friends and family. Summer is here and we are having fun together all day. She goes to Lifetime Fitness a few days a week with me. They have a nice daycare and it gives me some nice "me" time. And then we play. play, and play some more all day. She is sitting up great now and loves sitting in her high chair. She is fascinated by everything new it is so much fun. She sleeps on her tummy and has an "official" baby. It is a pink little blankie that my mom gave her. It is so soft and she loves to hold it wile she falls asleep (yes we watch her in the monitor to make sure she is safe:)) Well next week is the big six months!! Wow what was life like before she came? Here are a few father's day pictures. Jeremy had a great day...he especially loved the signed Tomas Holmstrom hat and shirt that Aubrey got for him:)

5 Months!

Okay so I am a little late. But this little peanut keeps us SO busy and with the last day of school approaching I am super busy. Aubrey is doing SO many new things! One of which is rolling! She is rolling from her back to her tummy. Every time I turn around and she is on the floor she turns over onto her belly. She has a new found love for tummy time! She is also sitting up supported very well and I bet within the next few weeks she will be ready for unsupported. She has found a new best friend........ Nelly. Every time Nelly come near her she squeals and tries to pet her. When Nelly is in the room Aubrey's eyes lock on her. She is now taking a bath in the big girl tub without any seat. We help her sit of course. She also went in the condo pool for the first time on Sunday and LOVED it. She is full of curiosity and loves to go out places. on Friday night we took her to the Ice Cream Social at my school and she was quiet the entire time even in 90 degree heat! This summer is going to be so much fun! She can do so much now and is so interactive. Her and I are going to become best friends with lifetime Fitness. My goal this summer is to work out at least 4 times a week and blog once a week! So check us out weekly for more posts! Happy Summer!!
