11 Months!!!!

I can't believe how time has flown. I can;'t believe in one short month she will be 1 year old! She is so much fun. She is saying all kinds of words and has such a little personality. Here are the top ten things I love about her right now:

1. The incessant uttering of "MILO"
2. Wanting to carry her baby (rabbit) everywhere!
3. Saying that every food is "Hot"
4. Clenching her teeth and tightening everything up when she is frustrated.
5. Standing up all the time.
6. Bobbing up and down when she hears music
7. Throwing food off the highchair into Nelly's mouth and belly laughing about it.
8. Trying to say Nelly but coming out as "Nana"
9. Eating blueberries NON STOP!
10. Standing in the crib and staring at the video camera. I swear she knows where it is!

Dear Santa...

We took Aubrey to see Santa today. We went to Three Cedars Farm. They have a huge barn that they turn into the North Pole. Santa and Mrs. Claus were both there. They had so much for the kids to look at. Everything moved and sang. You should really skip the mall and go here! We loved it and would even go back again. The cost of a picture is 10.00 and it goes to a charity. Aubrey did so well sitting with Santa nad Mrs. Claus. She didnt cry at all. She did have a very serious look on her face though! We had a wonderful time. She is even saying Santa.

So Thankful!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a great time with our family! We had both sets of parents over. Aubrey had so much fun but didn't eat much! She has been quite picky lately. All she wants is blueberries! I hope this phase passes because it is quite frustrating. We have so much to be thankful for! We are blessed beyond words! It was so nice to have so much time off! I can't wait until Christmas break. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

The Most Wonderful Time of The Year...

Yes that's right. The holidays are right before us and I can't help but get emotional and sentimental. After all last year at this time we were gearing up to embark on the most wonderful journey of all and we were anticipating meeting the most wonderful peanut of all! I thought nothing could top last years holiday season with all of the anticipation, waiting, and actually delivering on New Years weekend. But I was wrong...this year has already proven to be just as special. The holiday season brings on new meaning when you have a little one. Just today we showed Aubrey the Christmas tree for the first time and she lit up! She was amazed... Oh the little things! She is on full cruise now crawling even more and standing at any chance she has. She has been pretty sick this week though. Last Sunday she got to actually got to interact with their first snowfall! Last year she was too itty bitty to realize it was snowing! She wasn't fond of the snow at first but after a little bit she LOVED it. She was grabbing snowflakes and eating it. Her favorite words these days are:
1. MILO
2. HOT
3. DADA

She babbles-talks a ton!! I can’t believe how verbal she is! Last night we took Aubrey to her daycare Thanksgiving feast. The daycare made a huge feast for all of the families. It was so nice! We have been having fun sitting around the warm Christmas tree singing and dancing as a family! I am looking forward to Aubrey's first Thanksgiving. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family.

Please Rise!

Today Aubrey learned how to pull herself to a standing position. I don't have any pics yet because my camera is dead but I do have pictures from her first haircut which was on October 9th at our house. Of course Grandma cut it! She was looking like Shaggy for awhile!

Happy Halloween!

Aubrey had a wonderful first Halloween. The festivities started on Thursday when we went to downtown Plymouth to Trick or Treat with my parents. On Friday Aubrey had a parade and party at daycare. She was so cute!! After the party we went to Grandma and Grandpa Wren's house for more trick or treating and pizza. Aubrey did great and loved being in the wagon with all her candy! The wrappers were the best part!
